PiYo Live and Warrior Rhythm - Now In-person and on Video!
Alternating between Warrior Rhythm and PiYo, Shayna will help you sculpt and tone muscle, increase flexibility, explore cardio, and burn calories with this low-impact, high-intensity yoga and pilates inspired fitness format! This class features small sections of strength training, cardio, and flow incorporating balance for all over body conditioning using your own body weight and continuous movement! Results: a long, lean and defined physique. PiYo is not a yoga class, but ALL fitness levels are welcome as we also explore pose and movement modifications. Be sure to bring a yoga mat, water, towel, and be ready to sweat! Warrior Rhythm is a half hour of cardio and a half hour of light weight, high repetition resistance training that will push you hard and give you a great workout. You will definitely feel pumped after this class.
