During the shelter-in-place order, we have instituted video classes for our students for a number of our classes. We will return to our regular in-person schedule when we are able to do so. PiYo Live
Sculpt and tone muscle, increase flexibility, explore cardio, and burn calories with this low-impact, high-intensity yoga and Pilates inspired fitness format! This class features small sections of strength training, cardio, and flow incorporating balance for all over body conditioning using your own body weight and continuous movement! Results: a long, lean and defined physique. PIYO is not a yoga class, but ALL fitness levels are welcome as we also explore pose and movement modifications. Be sure to bring a yoga mat, water, towel, and be ready to sweat!
This is a Family Class, good for ages 7+
